- opportunities to lead features, as a pretty junior engineer at the time, given support - good people to work with, was an enjoyable experience

Cons

- mandatory office days, last I worked here if I had to miss an office day I would have to make it up the following week which is not very flexible - survived 2 lay offs but unfortunately went on the 3rd, no warning
