      Pros

      Good hours along with gaining a lot of experience working here. Easy to take time off. My boss is great to work for.

      Cons

      No upwards mobility. Pay could be better. No holiday pay. Don't know where this company is heading as I feel corporate lacks an overall vision for the future along with little communication from them.
