Fun environment coworkers are amazing

Management disorganized due to Tiverton location being managed by employees staffed at Lincoln location. Definitely no work life balance!

4 weeks of PTO if you are full time. You will use it quick with the drama though.

Bally's Rock Island talks a lot about inclusion and respect, but my experience was the opposite. Management allowed supervisors to physically and verbally intimidate employees without meaningful consequences. I believe I was treated differently because of my race and sexual orientation, and when I raised concerns, they were dismissed. Rather than investigating the issues, the company chose to discipline me and eventually terminate my employment. Looking back, I'm glad to be gone from a workplace that failed to uphold the values it publicly promotes.
