We currently partner with Baltimore County OIT for our technology needs, use the suite of Microsoft office products and are in the process of upgrading our Polaris cataloging system.

Entry level admin pay is 12.15. That's fine if you get benefits but part timers don't.

Cons

Customer ranges, you have the nicest people with the worse people, (but this goes for every customer service job and depends on branch)
