      I have been able to contriibute to curriculum development for the English Office and received recognition for my efforts outside of my school.

      Pricipals have an inordinate amount of influence over the climate of individual schools, often to the detriment of the professional environment.

      Pros

      They have good benefits and the pay isn't that bad. I work with a good group of people, they make it fun working environment .

      Cons

      It stinks when you have to drive in bad weather.
