I had the opportunity to work with Apria, Back then, a startup with a truly impressive product offering. The innovation behind the software is evident, and there’s great potential for the product to make an impact in its industry. The CEO is exceptionally energetic and passionate, driving the company forward with a clear vision and a strong commitment to growth. That said, there have been challenges at the team level, particularly in terms of alignment and clarity around the company's direction. It’s been apparent that there were some growing pains, especially when it comes to determining the best path forward. As a result, the company underwent restructuring, which led to workforce adjustments. While these changes were difficult, they appear to be part of an effort to refocus the organization and ensure it is on a sustainable path.
