You will not make your OTE. People are hired and fired weekly. You will be expected to be a SDR and a AE, working 6 AM past normal working hours daily and weekends. Leadership has created a toxic environment and makes policies after you're hired and tells you to sign them or you will not be paid and/or face consequences. Executive Leadership is inexperienced and hires all of their toxic friends. HR company but doesn't have any work ethics and leadership pretends like the company culture is excellent while everyone else suffers. Company doesn't respect your personal life and expects you to be available or you're not a team player. Expect no time off and to work 14 hour days and be underpaid and undervalued. Micromanaged by leadership and everyone listens to your calls. Sales has zero direction and your goals are made to make the company while you won't make any commission. Not a great place to work at all.

This company is a marketer's dream because you can promise the world. However, behind the smoke and mirrors are real people who are suffering to keep up the mirage. There is a complete disconnect between the value proposition and the price points. The leadership style is dictatorial, inflexible, and driven by emotion. I would never recommend this company to anyone either as a client or an employee.
