Pros
An unbelievably great business model meets a superb team and culture. Bambee typifies what a Los Angeles startup can be - lean and hungry, goal driven, and people oriented. Although still in the beginning stages, it feels like there is something bigger to strive for and CEO Allan Jones "gets it", which is awesome. Although days can occasionally be long, the company is very results oriented. Ideas are not only encouraged, but welcomed, which is a nice change from past environments. Long days are sometimes punctuated by a light happy hour downstairs. ;) Bambee is a great place to work, and I would highly recommend to anyone. I would be surprised if this company isn't 10x the size that it is today in a year.
