Our mission is to make the healthcare experience better by bridging communication gaps and providing real-time updates to providers.

Cons

Not too many cons. There are growing pains related to merging Appriss and PatientPing, but that seems to be shaking itself out.

Great company. Solid pay/benefits with a focus on taking care of their workforce. Careful and transparent during the pandemic.

Cons

Communication on feature rollout can be difficult, with higherups making decisions without communicating and getting clearance that features are ready to go. Good number of projects that could receive a bit more lead time.
