After a turbulent post-Covid period, where we had multiple rounds of layoffs, our current CEO (Jeff Smith) has stablized and moved the company in a clear and unified direction. Engineering work is done in two week sprints and is typically: Decent clarity on objectives, although some last minute fire drills occur. Good pace of work with great work/life balance.

Cons

Engineering department does not have a whole lot of room for advancement and there is not much focus on career growth.
