Speaking for my team, there is a great atmosphere of collaboration. Expectations for what work needs to get done and by when are clear. Compensation and other benefits are pretty good.

Cons

We've had 3 CEOs in the last two years. We've lost some of our most veteran employees at random. The transparency I felt at the beginning of my time here has diminished more and more. Leadership gives vague answers to questions that are important to us and does not always clearly explain some impactful decisions.
