      Pros

      Good 401k and HSA match, inexpensive health insurance. Amazing coworkers, fun company activities. The product is good.

      Cons

      One of the well-known company values is “Enjoy Quality of Life”. HA. It’s really difficult to take PTO at a time of our choosing, even if requested months in advance. We have blackout/greyout PTO dates for a huge portion of the year. There are some busy times where we’re extremely overloaded with helping too many new clients, and the company only cares about increasing sales. The company doesn’t actually care about the employees, or at least not the ones in the payroll department. It’s next to impossible to move out of anything customer service, so career development basically doesn’t happen.

      Benefits were great, lots of leads from SDRs and with other resources

      At the time, there was no commission. I've heard that has changed. They talk too much about their culture, but their culture makes you feel out of place
