      Remote is an option and good benefits

      Cons

      • if you are tenured you will be fed good leads (favoritism) • bad compensation structure compared to Utah sales organizations • unstable markets depending on the season • training is by far the worst training I’ve experienced at a company. The trainer quit and the sales enablement trainer quit. •HR company that doesn’t actually utilize what they sell. •Product is not the best on the market, hard to believe in it. • Company is about culture but when you take time off your manager says to bring your computer and work.

      They have great benefits and there are some good people to work with.

      Cons

      This is one of those companies that uses a lot of gimmicks to get you to sing their praises. From the stock photography they supply you for your LinkedIn profile to the swag they pass out from time to time. Bottom line is that they are just like all the other companies that preach culture and transparency, yet their management team isn't held to the same standard of accountability as the rest of the employees.
