      BambooHR has excellent company culture! They care about their employees and take care of them with caring managers, excellent benefits packages, and a positive environment that encourages growth.

      Cons

      I would say pay is on the lower side of the industry when compared to other companies of a similar size.

      Pros

      Here is why I love working at BambooHR: The people here really are great. We are friends and want to have great relationships with each other. A lot of us do things together outside of work. The projects I get to work on are rewarding. I love knowing that because of me and my team, millions of people in the world have an elevated HR experience. My job contributes positively to the world. I have one on ones with my manager every other week and I am valued by my manager and team. While BambooHR is still a company, I feel that they truly do care about their employees, and doing what is right. There have been many examples over the years of BambooHR having an option to do something bad for the employees that would have had justification, but they still do the right thing.

      Cons

      BambooHR has grown fast, and the culture is different from now compared to a few years ago. But that is OK, and we need to make the culture. BUT, even still, there are growing pains. BambooHR is doing things a bit more ridgidly than they were a few years ago. There are more policies and official ways of doing things. This is great and needed to be done, but it took some getting used to.
