      Pros

      They have great benefits and there are some good people to work with.

      Cons

      This is one of those companies that uses a lot of gimmicks to get you to sing their praises. From the stock photography they supply you for your LinkedIn profile to the swag they pass out from time to time. Bottom line is that they are just like all the other companies that preach culture and transparency, yet their management team isn't held to the same standard of accountability as the rest of the employees.

      Pros

      The culture at BambooHR is amazing. The values that they publish are not just lip service... every person I've interacted with live those values, which include being open and honest with each other, making a difference no matter what your role is, assuming the best in people. It's remarkable!

      Cons

      That I wasn't hired 2 years ago.
