      Pros

      The company culture is at the root of everything at BambooHR. Not only does the company live by their values, but the employees strive to as well. This creates a collaborative team effort within the company, even across teams. Imagine a place where there is transparency across the company, everyone is open and assumes the best, everyone is striving to do the right thing, you are encouraged to lead from where you are (everyone has something to contribute), and you are enabled to grow from good to great. Not to mention the company genuinely cares about your quality of life (both inside and outside of work). I know it sounds far fetched, but it actually does exist.

      Cons

      Sure there are little things here and there (nobody is perfect), but in the big picture I really have no complaints.

      The culture at Bamboo gets highlighted a lot, but it truly is different than any company I've worked for or seen. Bamboo's values are a big part of how their employees live their lives, both inside the office and at home. My favorite is grow from good to great! The software gets talked about less than our culture, but it's just as amazing. The software is actually one of the main reasons why I wanted to work here! I'm in a customer-facing role but it's awesome to be able to talk about our software all day because it helps improve our clients' lives, in some cases dramatically. What's better than having a job that actually matters? Training in my position has been unlike anything I've experienced and when I bring it up to people outside of my Bamboo family, they've never heard of anything like it either. Bamboo gives their new employee's tools to be successful--training being one of those many resources.
