First off, thank you for being here! And thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We too agree that BambooHR is different and the atmosphere is second to none. The people and the culture are noteworthy because of the quality of Bambooligans who make it that way, so thank you for contributing to that. We actually have a lot of internal growth opportunities, and have created multiple resources to help communicate these to you. Specifically, our internal site, the Hiring Hub, was created to help you better understand what types of opportunities are out there and how to best prepare yourself to be qualified. Of course, in order to be considered, you do need to have been an employee for at least 9+ months and be performing well in your current role. We try to communicate this in the hiring process very comprehensively. We recognize that some managers may be better than others when it comes to growth conversations, so be sure to ask your manager about the Hiring Hub or Internal Job Board if there is anything that could use some additional explanation.
