Where to start? Before joining BambooHR I read a lot of reviews about the company and found it hard to believe a company could actually be all of the great things I was reading. The benefits are great. Although I haven't taken advantage of it yet, the paid paid vacation is a great way to let your employees know you WANT them to take a vacation, disconnect, and enjoy it. PTO to volunteer is a great way for Bamboo to give back to communities alongside us! There are so many talented folks working at BambooHR it's hard not to learn something new every day. It's been a very welcoming experience from day 1 and I've felt from management-level down that everyone truly wants the same things. Make a great product and have a healthy work-life balance.
