I followed BambooHR and knew how awesome the company was. Being here has made me realize it is 10x's better. The culture, the product, the opportunities to grow, the unselfishness of the founders, etc, etc, etc, etc... It is truly amazing here.

BambooHR is undoubtably a place that challenges you professionally, in the best way, and I feel that I am always given the support that I need to succeed in those challenges. - Unparalleled QUALITY coworkers. Seriously though. The people I work with are all amazing in SO many ways. There is a plethora of talented people here, that are all focused on the success of the company as a whole, rather than having their own private agenda or focusing on themselves. - GENUINE, open and honest communication. Bamboo is THE most authentic company I've worked at. We're realistic about our strengths and weaknesses, aware of them, and we strive to work on them and grow from good to great. - The benefits are strategic and thoughtful.
