I have worked in many different industries, mostly in hospitality and food-service. I took a career switch and have been so incredibly satisfied as an employee. The Owners are amazing and truly care about each and every person and their own career path here. They keep it fun and exciting and want you to succeed!

BambooHR is an incredible place to work. The culture here is unmatched, the training is unbelievable, management is amazing and the executives are second-to-none. And you can't exactly complain about a week-long paid/paid vacation every year. BambooHR's has the culture that every company strives for and every employee is looking for. I love the people I work with and I love that the executives and management work relentlessly to protect the culture they've built. The training here is unlike anything I've ever experienced. Not only is it meaningful and enjoyable, but it continues past the new-hire phase and I don't just learn about the product; I actually learn how to use what I've learned in my role. Management is crazy awesome. They're receptive, attentive, competent, knowledgeable and helpful. Politics don't work here; promotions are merit-based and have nothing to do with your butt-kissing skills. Which brings me to the executives. I can't say enough about them and the level of their character. I recently had some very serious medical issues that landed me in the hospital for almost a month and unable to work for another six weeks after that. My first day back, the CEO, COO and CFO all three went out of their way to stop by my desk and welcome me back. I was blown away by not only the kind gesture and the fact that all three of them came by separately, but also the fact that they all knew who I was and what was going on in my life. One of them actually went as far as to call my wife while I was in the hospital to see how she was doing and assure her that my job was secure. He spent over a half hour on the phone with her and told her they were thinking about us and wished us well. He told her that I could take all the time I needed to recover and that I was welcome back as soon as I was ready. Who does that?! The executives at BambooHR don't just preach the culture - they live it. And it's beautiful. They truly care about their employees and their families.
