      Above and away the worst company to be part of

      Pros

      The stark contrast between my fantastic direct manager and the problematic leadership above is quite striking. My initial years at BambooHR were much more positive, so it's disheartening to see the significant downturn the company has taken.

      Cons

      Leadership clearly doesn't value its employees; it's a "churn and burn" operation for reps now, especially since the GTM. It's palpable that they couldn't care less about their employees OR their well-being. Both US Flow and International reps are being set up to fail with impossible quotas and PIPs. Feedback is ignored, and the leadership is completely out of touch with the sales team's reality. This is no longer the BambooHR that cared about its people, and I'd strongly recommend avoiding this company. I guess it's comforting knowing that not just the sales department is feeling this, but every single department - if they're going to do everything they can to prevent employees from succeeding, then they may as well remain consistent across the company.

      Pros

      BambooHR has revamped the development program and I appreciate the better focus on my personal career journey. More access to peer-led panels, soft/hard skill trainings, etc., have helped level me up.

      Cons

      In-office expectations can be confusing.
