      Work too hard for little pay

      remote full time with paid training

      Cons

      no help for training and you also really need hybrid work to survive, staff is not helpful at all

      Great Company, Amazing Culture, Lots of Growth

      Pros

      Paid Paid Vacation, Really competitive benefits package all around. Solid culture, with a dedicated executive team. There's opportunities to learn and grow every day here, if you look for them and are willing to work. The move to Draper has been really nice.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. I feel like the pay has been very middle ground, but it has become MUCH better. Sometimes it feels like certain teams don't get the support they need.
