While remote work has its benefits and will remain an option for many Bambooligans, both current and future, we believe that in-person interactions foster creativity, teamwork, and a sense of belonging that is essential to our success. That being said, we understand that individual circumstances vary, and we're committed to being flexible and accommodating where possible.
