Pros

Product is amazing and we are going in the right direction! people are great to work with and its a product that every company can benefit from.

Cons

Sales have been terrible this year and the management seems to think it is becasue we are remote that we are "not aligned" so they are making us go back to 3 days in office starting in January. Leads are the lowest they have ever been and hitting quota is few and far between. They need to update important features like Performance and tailor pricing more.

We appreciate your thoughtful feedback and are honored to hear your support and enthusiasm for our product, as well as the people who make our company great. We understand that transitioning back to an office environment may present challenges for some team members, and we're committed to making this process as smooth and supportive as possible for team members. The decision for sales to go back to the office 3 days a week was determined by a need for collaboration, innovation, and maintaining our company culture. While remote work has its benefits and will remain an option for many Bambooligans, both current and future, we believe that in-person interactions foster creativity, teamwork, and a sense of belonging that is essential to our success. That being said, we understand that individual circumstances vary, and we're committed to being flexible and accommodating where possible. We value the feedback of our team members, and we encourage open communication as we navigate this transition together. We also would love to hear your thoughts around how we can improve our product, and would encourage you to share with your leader/skip-level leader directly, as well as other relevant teams. Thanks, Anita, Head of HR

Pros

The company values and culture are off the chart. It is about growth, and working together

Cons

The growth of the company is impressive. However, this led to increased quota demand, and somehow lowered commission potential for the inbound SDR team. When analyzed and reported to manager it was met with, I'm sorry, it's unfortunately what it is.

Thank you for sharing your experience working in the Sales department. We're thrilled to hear that Bamboo's culture and values resonate with you! With quotas, we are striving to be data driven and meet the needs of the business, while also understanding what decisions mean for team members in the context of our business growth. We are glad to hear the company's growth was inspiring, and we agree that team member experiences as we grow are important to keep a pulse on. Thank you again for your feedback. Thanks, Anita, Head of HR
