They don't pay well. They aren't competitive with pay at all.

- No work/life balance - Managers value 'getting the job done' over 40 hour work week resulting in slacks/texts from managers past 5pm any day of the week - bamboo openly boasts about lower salary compensation (because they believe their benefits make up for it) - values and company culture come off culty especially by tenured team members - constant promises of "this will be better in x amount of time" or "this will be better when we hire more people" - preaches about radical candor that often gives managers an excuse to give abrasive feedback
