I have heard many companies claim the family is important and work/life balance mantra, but I have yet to find one that backs it up like BambooHR. Every decision they make, from growing the company to benefits, seems to be driven at least in good part by how it will effect the work/life balance of employees and how it will effect their family life as well. The culture they have been able to create and maintain is amazing. I love going to work each day feeling like I am making a difference in peoples lives.

This company actually cares about their employees. They are constantly looking for ways to help employees grow and be more effective both in their personal and professional lives. The work life balance is great. I've never been asked to compromise family (or weekend or evening) time for work. Leadership lives the values, acknowledges when they're wrong, and listens to employees who want to redirect when things get off-track. It's refreshing to work at a company that doesn't just give company culture lip service to snag people in recruiting—culture is something they actually use to guide decisions and behavior.
