      Some colleagues seemed to be there because it is a decent entry level position, not because they cared about the people served.

      Great coworkers/mission, misguided leadership

      Pros

      If you work in the corporate office, there are great benefits and opportunities to advance depending on your department. There are tuition reimbursement and training programs. Health insurance is great.

      Cons

      If you work in Direct Service the pay is nothing and you burn out quickly (but this is sadly true of all similar agencies). Also, org chart is top heavy at the expense of actual service.
