Poor Management, Great Co-Workers

Pros

Some truly wonderful, dedicated people, mostly in the lower ranks (aka "direct care.") My co-workers worked long hours for little pay because they truly believed they could make a difference.

Cons

Decided to "re-brand" itself and traded its humble grassroots beginnings for a slicker corporate image. Began letting older employees go and replacing them with younger, more photogenic ones.
