You are truly making a difference in the kids lives. Seeing the progress they make is one of the most rewarding experiences you'll ever have.

Cons

Staffing concerns, lack of training, just all around an unorganized company that made it difficult to maintain sanity.

Pros

Bancroft is an amazing organization, with many, many good people dedicated to helping others. I am proud to be a longtime member of the staff, and have seen firsthand how much the leadership cares about its staff . The teamwork across the organization is very good, with staff happy to help each other whenever needed.

Cons

The organization is large and spread out, so channels of communication sometimes don't reach intended recipients. Find ways to engage direct care staff in things that are meaningful to them.
