No direction, no communication, unorganized, unprofessional.Boring meaningless job after a while it will drain you. You're not seen as important.

It's a great place to work at you gain a lot of experience from dealing with the children and it is a rewarding job working with the children

Cons

The pay could be better and they need better tactics when it comes to behaviors and there needs to be better decisions when it comes to placing Kids in certain programs
