The persons served are great, management not so much, burnout rate is high.

Pros

The Persons served are great to work with. The job can be rewarding because of the people you are working with. Coworkers can be helpful and kind.

Cons

Not paid nearly enough, can be an unsafe work environment. Management don't seem to care too much about your well being. Was injured on the job twice before finding a new job. Some management members are great, but most are not able to help you much in the long term. Not a lot of room to grow and make a decent amount of money.

Working with the clients assisting them with the their life and struggles ADLs. Assisting with day to day activities. Preparing meals and doctor s alota.

Cons

If they don't like you or your speaking up for yourself. They find a way to "let you go"

You really don't have any responsibilities... you can sit around and look busy all day

Cons

you have to get used to noises and odors from the people you serve pay is not great you can possibly get hit, spit on, etc
