Pros

The ability to pick up extra hours, not having a regular 9-5 job everyday, and working with the individuals in the group homes. Seeing the individuals on a daily basis and creating a relationship with them is priceless.

Cons

Extremely low pay, the hours are long, dealing with aggressions from some of the individuals can be tiresome and the techniques they teach in training do not help! Management tells you how to do your job, when they are not the ones working directly with the individuals in the group home everyday. There is very little room for moving up within the company, although they tell you that there is.

Pros

Benefits, ability to pick up as many hours as you want, helping the children, ability to move up (but only so far)

Cons

Employees barely follow behavioral plans, instead they watch over kids as they would their own kids, most employees don't actually care about helping the children or doing their job the right way, drama drama all over.
