We strive for competitive pay rates and excellent monetary benefits in addition to PTO, 403(b) with matching and health benefits. Some other benefits include tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 a year, a certification program that includes pay increases at each of three levels completed, and a fully paid Masters in ABA.       Pros

      The population that we serve is beautiful! They are so unbelievably special and I feel that my coworkers care about them just as much as I do.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is challenging to work with this population of people, but that is expected with the job.
