Pros

Everything else was fine to me.

Cons

Trying to contact HR about an issue I had with my insurance benefits was horrible. It took 3 months for them to figure out their error and when they did, they refused to reimburse me.

Pros

Love it! Quality homes and services. Diverse leadership.

Cons

Work life balance is difficult for salaried employees. The medical plan is the worst, it negates the annual salary by $5-10,000 or more because you will be paying out of pocket for basically everything. The turn over for DSPs and their hourly rate is MUCH lower than it should be. Governor Murphy is punishing yesterday's heroes by taking away their freedom to choose.

Pros

It’s nice to work with the person server and establish relationships

Cons

Embarrassing pay for degrading work. If you’re looking for a chance to lie to your friends about what you do and how much you’re paid, this is the spot for you!
