Pros

Really good experience working with the DD population. For me, the good days out weighed the bad days majority of the time.

Cons

It began to feel like support from the ABA wasn't really there and staff are not trained thoroughly in implementing the programs the ABAs provide for the clients.

Pros

Rewarding seeing progress for those that you work with Good starting job to build your resume

Cons

Management is simply put a mess and disorganized, they show little care about their employees, and are constantly giving you more responsibility that is not a part of your job description. You are forced to work ridiculous hours, such as working a 14 hour shift on a Saturday. You will become mentally and physically drained from this job. The pay is not what is should be for what you will go through daily at this job.
