Pros

The benefits are amazing compared to other agencies. Full health and dental benefits available as well as tuition reimbursement, free college/grad classes taught on site.

Cons

Long, uncertain hours. Being belittled by management. Workplace injuries. Horrible pay. Never feeling truly appreciated when you watch poor performing employees win employee of the year and you aren't even given a thank you for possibly saving someone who was choking.

Pros

great work schedule 8-3 or 7-3, get paid time off for spring break and christmas break, when a student reaches one of their goals that is very rewarding

Cons

If you work in education you will certainly have someone bite you, spit on you, slap or punch you, pull your hair, scratch you. Majority of the population is very aggressive! They will not tell you this in your interview. Also, be prepared to change diapers. There is no incentive to be a good employee. If you get a good review or a subpar review you will still get the same 30 cent raise.
