Pros

Hands-on job experience for health care workers (nurses, doctors, etc...)

Cons

Depending on the home you are assigned to, you are expected to do WAY more than your job description for very little pay. The company does not have the resident's health or well-being in their best interest. Some residents are extremely medically complex and in a nursing home. Bancroft does not equip anyone to properly care for these residents. They take advantage of those in nursing or medical school to fill in the gaps in their care. Management and HR do not take your complaints seriously and misconduct is pushed under the rug. They can not hold on to staff and the ones that care enough to stay are unappreciated.
