      Working at Bancroft is very challenging but the most rewarding job I have ever had.

      It can be both psychologically and physically challenging at times working with this population.

      The job itself and the student who attended the school were wonderful. A few of the people who worked there are wonderful as well.

      Never enough employees, no chance to move up, very low pay, didn’t seem to care about employees
