      Leaving End of the day Sometimes you get a weekend off Nothing

      Cons

      Things that would need to happen before I enjoyed my job at Bank OZK: Treat employees better. Pay raise for call center reps. Fire all call center managers and replace them with current call center reps. Stop taking lunches away from reps Stop demanding overtime Stop counting bathroom breaks as offline time and punishing employees for using the bathroom go out of business

      Pros

      Managers are very supportive and the team is very helpful when you get in a bind and need some assistance on your assigned deals. To my understanding after you’ve been with the bank for a few months you have the option to pretty much work from wherever as long as your work is getting done. It’s also a pro if you work at HQ. the building is beautiful, a restaurant or food truck from around town will usually show up around lunch everyday. It makes things a little more convenient

      Cons

      There wasn’t a ton of formal training. I just shadowed a coworker for a couple days and then was thrust into the fire, but that happens to be my preferred learning style. I know everyone is different.
