      Great Front Line Staff, Not So Nice Management

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with the front line staff. We were able to get to know many of our frequent customers and it was great being able to build those friendships.

      Cons

      Raises were minimal and bonuses were nonexistent. Management often seemed condescending and rude to lower level staff.

      Pros

      Company stocks has performed well over the last several. All officers received stocks which helped to make up for the below market salaries that the company pays.

      Cons

      Micro-management from the very top down. Company demands absolute loyalty from employees with zero given in return. Below market wages. CEO with an ego greater than that of Donald Trump. Anyone who even hinted that George Gleason may be wrong about something will soon find themselves unemployed.
