I've been with the company for nine years, and I'm genuinely thankful for the opportunities I've had along the way. When my first position was phasing out, I was worried about finding another role since I'm based out of Ga, but the company made it possible for me to transition into a teller position. That experience gave me valuable knowledge and skills that I've carried into my current role as a Special Servicing Specialist. I've grown so much both personally and professionally here and have had the chance to work with some truly wonderful people who make coming to work enjoyable.

Cons

Working with different personalities can sometimes be challenging, but keeping an open mind and being willing to listen and learn from others makes a big difference.

Pros

Terrific onboarding process. The interview process was great, and they kept in constant communication with me. Training was thorough and comprehensive. The staff made me feel right at home and were very supportive. Great benefits. Opportunities to earn bonuses for referrals to other departments and through merchant product referrals.

Cons

The background check process can take quite a while, but everything was else was smooth.
