      Pros

      Coworkers; Benefits (Retirement, Healthcare, Vacation time); Hours; Pretty much everything is a pro versus my previous job (factory-manufacturing).

      Cons

      We are currently in the swing of a previously poor management to a more reliable state of function. There is some cleaning up of previous work, however I do believe this will get resolved and improved within the year.
