      Pros

      Best place to work. Leadership is done aggressively by example and with real desire to do right.

      Cons

      As with any employer, there are still some politics to get cleaned up, but it is better here than anywhere else I have worked.

      Benefits and there is room for advancement if you want it

      Cons

      Teller limits are way too low and it is very time consuming trying to get an override. There are goals to be met for accounts but no incentive for those goals
