Pros

Bank hours, which is great if you have kids in school, weekends off, not horrible pay, training, unfortunately, that's all I could come up with.

Cons

I was fired because I needed 3 days off to deal with a family emergency. I watched a teller/ CSR apply several times to move up to a slightly higher position, only to be overlooked by an outsider who had no experience, and was a high school buddy of the loan officer, she recently was able to move to her own office, and have a promotion that is not a promotion. She received no raise, and they told her is not a promotion.

Steady paycheck for now, coworkers on the same level are a delight to work with, online training is a bit helpful.

Cons

There is not enough space to list everything. Micromanaging at its finest, you pretty much have to ask permission to use the restroom, upper management could care less about the employees, degraded daily.

The group works as a team on every project and offers advice, praise, and constructive criticism where needed. Everyone treats each other with respect and support. I am very happy to be a part of such a great company.

Cons

In my eyes, there are no cons. Everyday I am challenged. My boundaries are pushed which breeds productivity, know-how and growth. I have learned more in this position than I ever did in school or at other companies I have worked for.
