      Pros

      Our department has very low turnover! There is great leadership. There's a lot less politics and drama than other places I've worked. There is always the opportunities to learn new tools and skills if you're willing. You have stability here as the company makes good business decisions and has been around a long time.

      Cons

      The Marketing Department is small and missing key positions. The good part is you get to be very hands-on and try out different areas of Marketing.

      Pros

      You learn banking 25 cent raise after a "bad year"... and then the company reports another "record breaking profit year" a few weeks later

      Cons

      You only learn enough to do your job. Favorites are promoted. If you work hard you get to do the favorites job as well as your own.

      Friendly atmosphere, flexible with employee appointments or family needs

      Cons

      Salary range is below market value, management is unorganized and often do not have the people skills enough to manage, employees are treated as disposable and dispensable, favoritism is shown towards certain employees, as well as management having history of unprofessional relationships with employees. BSA department is very much an old school environment, where the department clings to "the old ways" of doing things. Bank reaction to COVID was insufficient and endangered immunocompromised employees.
