      Great people and great atmosphere. There is a team feeling that is encouraging and beneficial. The small perks and conveniences have been a pleasant change and surprise as well.

      Not a whole lot of negatives to mention. Maybe more desk space.

      Bank OZK is a wonderful place to work. The management and coworkers are very good and supportive. Management is aware of and quick to acknowledge employees that do their job with excellence, making employees feel valued and appreciated. Salary and benefits are competitive with other companies.

      Cons

      No cons to Bank OZK. However, anyone that would be considering the banking industry, in general, would want to research and make sure that banking is an industry that would be suitable for them.
