      Company is structured for employees to exceed, listens to employee input, consistent improves internal functions and provides great solutions for customers.

      Cons

      Pay isn’t comparable to market salaries, raises are hard to come by, promoted employees aren’t compensated immediately and it’s difficult to promote internal candidates over external applicants.
