      The hours (off on the weekends), management is always respectful and very nice, very easy to learn computer programs as a new banker, great place to start out in banking

      Cons

      Some of the computer systems we use could be updated to make every day tasks more efficient, pay could be better

      Pros

      I am coming from an environment where there was hardly any training. Although it becomes tedious to have to attend training classes after being with the same company for years, it is very refreshing to be given the opportunity to learn the systems and culture of a company before being required to bring in immediate business.

      Cons

      I would have liked to have had my computer, phone, business cards etc already waiting for me when I arrived as opposed to having to wait a week or so for them.
