there are a lot of regulation working in financial institution but that is the best company I worked so far.

Poor pay don't care about employees

Pros

Good bank for customers... they have the highest CD rates for brick and morter right now.

Cons

Pay is not up to par with other local banks and they truly don't care about their employees no matter how hard you work to make them money and keep their customers happy. They are quick to point out if you do so something less than superb but do not recognize for anything good done. This is why so many employees have left this bank lately... my area had a huge turn over rate.
