      Great people to work for and with. Great customers. I have loved working for Bank OZK. Sad to be leaving. Going back to being a homemaker. It's what is in the best interest for my children and family otherwise I would not be leaving. Love Bank OZK.

      Sometimes there are slower times but there are slow times at most places. Seasons.

      Pros

      People are what matters in any organization. What I've experienced at Bank OZK are talented people working to do their best every day while supporting each other and the community. Work hard with a purpose and it will be recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

      As with any organization that has grown as significantly and quickly as Bank OZK, the challenges exist of merging multiple organizations and processes and managing growth. This is mitigated by a team environment working together that also creates opportunities for professional growth.
