      Pretty okay company to work for. Weekends off for most branches.

      Cons

      Compensation is a bit on the low side. A bit unorganized and communication is pretty poor.

      Since the Bank is evolving continuously, it's a fast paced environment where accountability and picking up skills on-the go is expected. So if you grew up in an environment where spoon feeding was encouraged, you will find it hard here.
